The names of each facilities are also the same as those of East HK, including this cafe Feast. As compared to the other hotels I have tried the breakfast (from Marriott to Regent), finally I can find some real fruit juices and nice bakery and cold cut.

Good that you can get some "real" juice and "real" fruits in China.
I think only good hotels in China are safe for "real" stuffs.
Not in general. I noticed nowadays quite many hotels (even in BKK and KL) use already-made egg fluid or egg white fluid in cartoon box. I really don't agree to this. So this is simply one word "convenient" for the chef.
