Again, this mall looks like a combination of Pacific Place, Festival Walk and Cityplaza (all managed by Swire in HK). The mall has a large open ground for various functions. This is one of the Swire features to show some theme open space. The mall has quite a no. of HK restaurant branches such as Moon Dessert, Tai Hing roast pork as well the Food Repulic. Not a stranger at all.
This mall is just a phase 1 and there is a much bigger phase 2 under way.
