This hotel group has been quite renowned for its buffet. They even have a restaurant in Sapporo downtown serving all day buffet.
Glad that the quality of this restaurant branch is still maintained the same. The only draw back is the ventilation of the open kitchen that if you sit near around, you will be "smoked".

The smoke is from the open kitchen when the chef is stir-frying or grilling the food.
