Because of the previous stay at its sister resort in Lake Shikotsu last year, as further we found this one in Jozankei, we decided to visit Jozankei. The service and the restaurants are still very good, but the room is not that cozy as Lake Shikotsu. On the website it shows a massage chair but ended up not all the rooms are furnished with this facility. However, the service made up for this minor.
