Another example of organic this and organic that at organic price, but so lousy. The pizza sandwich is super salty (maybe from organic salt). The tuna sandwich is on a dried-out bread (at least kept for over 3-4 days). So stupid that they should have toasted the bread to cover up. So a sandwich plus a coffee is over RMB100. What's more, when the shop claims to be healthy this and that, they didn't have skim milk.

I was told that food in China is very salty and oily over all.
In fact, when people get rich, they eat less rice. Then the veggie/meat can be really oily and salty. So it's a by-product of the economy growth. I often try to tell the others to eat as what the HK health dept. advising about the triangle pattern with the base of carbohydrate (rice/pasta), then veggie, then meat and very little salty/sugar. However, after China was blooming, people just ordered the dishes without caring about taking the carbohydrate. Of course, as we grow old, we should care about the intake of carbohydrate, but we also make it as a gradual proportion.
Yes no rice no bread no carb but eat veggie with lots of oil and salt is now the trend.
Even in LA too especially among the rich Chinese who skip rice and like to eat at vegetarian(chai) restaurnat. However, all the extra oil and salt even worse than taking one bowl of rice.
Even when we take vegetarian, we still need carbohydrate and the veggie is part of the food to go with the meal. Besides, carbohydrate will make us happy and our brain and body function properly, but of course, we can't eat too much when we grow old.
Yes I cannot live without carbodydrate.
I am a rice and bread person.
Good and be a happy person!
