Seen a sunny scene so far away and a storm coming on the other end. Rain and wind cross into each other. All these could make people dizzy and fussy too. See how that truck got on the curb (the last 2nd photo). Also ran into some rude people in the restaurant. The weather could influence people. When I see these, I tell myself to rather enjoy all these ever changing moments, instead of feeling blue.

Yes weather does includence people.
