Have been seeing how this central area of Nice (in between Massena square to the Promenade des Angalis, where the famous carnival parade took place in each March) be added with more and more facilities. After 2 year time, there it went a nice renovated park and it seems to cater the ever growing annual parade or other big campaignes.
