This Mercure impressed again with their breakfast in terms of the price to quality. Nice and fresh bread and pastry, as well as cold cut and veggie. I like the boiler that I can make my preferred boiled eggs. BTW, the eggs taste quite different in France that it has a strong egg white and egg yolk flavour. The last time I tried some good eggs was in Ching Yuen city 清遠 of Canton province 10 years ago. Glad that I could taste it again in this surprising breakfast.
